Product Introduction
GSR8-12 Atmospheric Sealed Air-inuslated Metal-enclosed Swtichgear is a new type of independently developed by our company in accordance with the requirements of the State Grid's standardized customization documents Medium voltage switchgear. This product is mainly used in 10kV 50Hz three-phase AC power supply system. It is also suitable for important power supply places such as power plants, residential areas, industrial and mining industries, and substations to achieve uninterrupted and reliable power supply. The product adopts a modular design and can be arranged arbitrarily according to different design plans to achieve a perfect combination of common box type and expansion unit to meet the needs of various secondary transmission and distribution substations for flexible use of compact switch cabinets.
GSR8 series ring network switchgear is a completely sealed system. All its primary live parts and switchgear are sealed in a stainless steel shell and are not affected by the environment. It has the characteristics of reliable operation, guaranteed safety, compact structural design, small footprint, and lifetime maintenance-free.
GSR8 series products have passed national high-voltage electrical test verification and standardized test verification, and are widely used in small secondary distribution stations, box-type switching stations, industrial and mining enterprises, and airports , railways, commercial areas, high-rise buildings, highways, subways, tunnels and places with harsh natural conditions.

Features
Modular design - including switch cabinet unit (C), circuit breaker cabinet unit (V), busbar PT cabinet unit and node cabinet unit, etc. Different modules can be arbitrarily combined into a ring main unit.
Fully insulated and fully sealed design - the primary live part and the switch body are sealed in a 2.0mm stainless steel air box. The main circuit is connected to the outside through a casing installed on the air box that meets the DIN47636 standard. It is fully insulated and fully sealed and detachable. The connector is connected to the incoming and outgoing line casing, and the protection level of the air box reaches IP67.
Flexible expansion design - the product uses side expansion sleeves or top expansion sleeve connections to avoid direct contact with live objects. The product is modularly designed, and the expansion port adopts a standard interface, which can realize the integration of multiple insulating medium type ring main switchgears to achieve product interchange and interoperability.
High safety and reliability - the product has reliable mechanical interlocking and electrical interlocking double interlocking devices, which can prevent misoperation to the greatest extent. The equipment has reliable pressure relief devices and pressure relief channels to ensure personal safety when a fault occurs.
Operating mechanism - The circuit breaker mechanism adopts a highly reliable and simple spring-type operating mechanism with closing function. The energy storage is matched with double springs to ensure balanced output of energy and ensure the fatigue attenuation of the springs during long-term energy storage operation. The isolation mechanism adopts double empty operation, and the mechanical interlocking function is adopted between the double operating shafts, thus more effectively avoiding the possibility of misoperation.
Intelligent ring network system - GSR8 series ring network cabinet, matched with the JHK-Power intelligent ring network cabinet monitoring system independently developed by our company. The system uses the power Internet of Things technology and combines online + offline services to realize power distribution The system adopts the smart power consumption concept of "unattended and unattended".
Product usage environment
1. Altitude: ≤3000m (when the equipment operates at an altitude higher than 3000m, the insulation coefficient needs to be corrected)
2. Ambient temperature: the local maximum ambient temperature is +55℃, the minimum temperature is -40℃; the temperature does not exceed 40℃ within 24 hours
3. Ambient humidity: the relative humidity does not exceed 95% in 24 hours, and the average monthly relative humidity is no more than 95%.
4. Installation environment: there are no explosive and corrosive gases in the surrounding air; there is no severe vibration and impact in the installation site, and the pollution level does not exceed level III in GB/T5582
