Product Overview
JSR series gas insulated compact ring main unit (Gas Insulated Ring Main Unit) is a new type of gas insulated medium voltage independently developed by our company in accordance with the standardization and customization requirements of the State Grid. The switchgear adopts a modular design and can be arranged arbitrarily according to different design plans to achieve the perfect combination of common box units and extended units to meet the needs of various secondary transmission and distribution substations for flexible use of compact switch cabinets.
JSR series switchgear is a completely sealed system. All its live parts and switches are sealed in a stainless steel shell and are not affected by the environment; it has reliable operation and guarantee Safety, compact structure design, small footprint, maintenance-free, long life and other characteristics.
The product has passed the type test verification of the National High Voltage Electrical Test Center and is widely used in small secondary distribution stations, box-type switching stations, industrial and mining enterprises, airports, railways, commercial areas, high-rise buildings, and highways , subways, tunnels and areas with harsh natural conditions.

Features

Fully insulated and fully sealed design - the primary live part (main busbar) and switch body of the JSR series switchgear are sealed in an air box welded by stainless steel plates. The main circuit is connected to the air box through a casing installed on the air box that meets the DIN47636 standard. The external connection can be connected to the incoming and outgoing cables through fully insulated, fully shielded and fully sealed detachable connectors. The protection level of the air box reaches IP67. The inside of the air box is not affected by the external environment and has short-term flood resistance and anti-condensation functions.
New environmentally friendly gas can be used - C4 mixed new environmentally friendly gas can be used, providing users with a green and environmentally friendly choice while maintaining safety, reliability and the same size. The GWP (Global Warming Potential) of C4 mixed gas is only 1/11 compared to SF6 gas. The decrease is more than 90%. Users can choose a more suitable gas according to their preference: C4 mixed gas or SF6, or the products delivered at the moment can be filled with SF6. , but it is completely manufactured and tested according to the C4 mixed gas filling, and can be seamlessly upgraded in the future.
High safety and reliability - the primary live part and the switch body are sealed in a stainless steel gas box and connected to the outside through a casing to avoid direct contact with the live body; the equipment has a reliable pressure release device and pressure relief channel to ensure that failures occur safety of personal equipment. It has a complete mechanical interlocking device. Misoperation can be prevented to the greatest extent.
