Product Overview
JSR6-40.5 SF6 gas-insulated metal-enclosed switchgear (referred to as inflatable ring main unit) is designed and developed by our company by digesting and absorbing foreign advanced technology and combining it with domestic power supply system requirements. A new generation of miniaturized gas-insulated medium-voltage switchgear. The extensive use of advanced laser technology, sensing technology, and detection technology in the product manufacturing process ensures high product safety and reliability.
JSR6-40.5/(R/T)630-20(31.5) type inflatable ring main unit is a 50Hz AC three-phase indoor high-voltage power distribution equipment. It is a switchgear that seals the load switch, grounding switch and return busbar in a metal shell, adopts a spring operating mechanism, and uses SF6 gas as arc extinguishing and insulating medium. It is suitable for ring network power supply or dual radiation power supply of 40.5kV power supply line. It can change the original single radiation power supply mode. When the line fails, it can restore the transformer loop feed in time, greatly improving the reliability and utilization of power supply. At the same time, the ring main unit is safe to use, not affected by climate, easy to install, requires little maintenance, saves space, and is suitable for installation in box-type substations.

Features
Strong environmental adaptability - fully insulated, fully sealed, not affected by the environment; insulation performance is not affected by altitude; can be installed in humid, sandy and dusty, salt spray, mining and other areas without taking special precautions.
Safe and reliable - high-voltage live objects such as switches and busbars are sealed in a stainless steel box. The cable connectors are fully insulated and touchable. There is no risk of electric shock for operating and maintenance personnel. It has complete mechanical and electrical interlocking, which can effectively prevent accidents caused by misoperation. It may cause personal injury and equipment damage; the gas box is made of high-quality stainless steel plate and laser welding process to prevent gas leakage and has a service life of more than 30 years.
Modular design - using modular design, the modules are connected by expansion bus, which can realize full modular configuration and meet various complex power distribution schemes.
Three-dimensional simulation design—Use SolidWorks software for three-dimensional simulation design, and use finite element analysis software for mechanical strength and insulation analysis to optimize the design of the product.
