GSR4 Air PLUS series switch pens maintain the same size as the standardized SF6 ring main unit while ensuring safety and reliability. All live parts and switches are sealed in stainless steel Inside the casing, it is not affected by the environment; it has the characteristics of reliable operation, guaranteed safety, compact structural design, small footprint, maintenance-free, and long life.

1. New environmentally friendly gas - Unlike other environmentally friendly cabinets that use traditional gases (CO2, N2, dry air), C4 is used to mix new environmentally friendly gases to provide users with a green and environmentally friendly gas while maintaining safety, reliability and the same size. choose. The GWP (Global Warming Potential) of C4 mixed with other gases is only 1/11 compared to SF6 gas, a decrease of more than 90%. Users can choose a more suitable gas according to their preference: C4 mixed gas or SF6. When the product is filled with SF6 gas, It is manufactured and tested completely according to C4 gas mixture and can be seamlessly upgraded in the future.
Fully insulated and fully sealed design - the primary live part and the switch body are sealed in a stainless steel air box. The main circuit is connected to the outside through a sleeve installed on the air box that meets the DIN47636 standard, and through an insulated, fully shielded and fully sealed detachable connector. Connected to the incoming and outgoing line casings, the protection level of the air box reaches IP67.
High safety and stability - the product has a self-developed and designed spring operating mechanism. Through repeated optimization and upgrading, the mechanism has become more stable in operation and more flexible in transmission. On the basis of the optimized mechanism, the gas ratio has been optimized and has now passed the type test verification of the National High Voltage Electrical Test Center; it has a complete mechanical interlocking device to prevent human misoperation to the greatest extent.
