Independent R&D Breakthrough of Juhonkia | The First ZFW□-252/T4000-50 Combined Electrical Equipment Officially Rolled Off Production Line

Recently, our R&D team has achieved another milestone. The ZFW□-252/T4000-50 intelligent combined electrical equipment independently developed by Juhonkia Electric has successfully rolled off the production line, marking a solid progress in the R&D of high-voltage intelligent electrical equipment.

Meanwhile, the industrialization project for annual production of 2,000 bays of 220kV and below intelligent GIS equipment is under vigorous construction. Dual efforts on technological innovation and production capacity layout lay a solid foundation for large-scale application of core products.

Targeting industry pain points of traditional high-voltage combined electrical equipment, including inferior electrical performance unsuitable for harsh working conditions, large floor area restricting narrow-space application, short service life, high failure rate and high maintenance cost of core components, extensive maintenance mode lacking intelligent monitoring, and insufficient capacity to accommodate new energy power failing to meet the 15th Five-Year power development and carbon peaking goals, this product effectively solves the above problems and fully complies with the construction requirements of the new power system. Its core advantages and performance highlights are as follows:

Excellent electrical performance indicators.

The product has a rated voltage of 252kV, rated current of 4000A and rated short-circuit breaking current of 50kA. Under the test condition of 80% power frequency voltage, the partial discharge capacity of the whole equipment is no more than 3pC. All electrical parameters reach advanced industry standards.

It adapts to harsh application scenarios such as large hub substations, heavy-load power transmission and distribution lines and booster stations of new energy power plants, effectively improving the operational adaptability and power supply reliability of power systems.

Advanced integrated and modular design

The product integrates circuit breaker, disconnector, earthing switch, current transformer, voltage transformer and intelligent components. Adopting highly integrated and modular design, it features compact structure and small floor occupation. Suitable for new construction and renovation projects of space-limited sites such as urban and underground substations, it also facilitates equipment installation, commissioning and subsequent maintenance.

High mechanical and operational reliability

Core operating and switching components adopt high-reliability structural design. The mechanical service life of circuit breakers, three-position disconnector-earthing switches and fast earthing switches is no less than 10,000 times, delivering stable operation, solid structural strength and outstanding fatigue resistance.

The circuit breaker boasts an electrical service life of 21 times, meeting demands of frequent operation and long-term stable operation under heavy load. It effectively cuts failure rate, maintenance frequency and full-life operation cost, ensuring steady power supply.

Leading intelligent level

The equipment is equipped with built-in intelligent sensors and online monitoring system. It collects real-time key operating parameters including mechanical characteristics, insulation condition and conductive circuit temperature, and supports self-diagnosis, fault early warning and intelligent evaluation.

It can be connected to the intelligent operation and maintenance platform for remote monitoring and data analysis, transforming maintenance mode from regular scheduled inspection to condition-based maintenance, and improving maintenance efficiency and refined management.
