This marks that Juhonkia Electric has reached the international advanced level in product design, manufacturing technology and quality control.

This certification was based on the IEC 62271 series of international standards, with the product undergoing rigorous type test verification. The expert team of TÜV Rheinland conducted a full range of tests on Juhongkai's JSR6-40.5 series switchgear, including dielectric performance, temperature rise test and short-circuit breaking capacity.

Strong Short-Circuit Breaking Capacity: It passed the 25kA/4s short-time withstand current test and 63kA peak withstand current test, verifying the product’s stability under short-circuit faults.
High Internal Arc Protection Rating: It passed the IAC AFLR 25kA internal arc fault test, providing a higher level of safety protection.

During the months-long testing period, Juhongkai's products underwent 20,000 mechanical operation tests, 5,000 disconnector operation tests and 2,000 earthing switch operation tests, with all performance indicators remaining stable. This fully demonstrates the reliability and durability of the products.
The temperature rise test showed that when operating continuously at 1.1 times the rated current (630A), the temperature rise of all parts of the product was lower than the standard limit, indicating excellent heat dissipation performance.
