Recently, the bidding result of State Grid Anhui Electric Power’s 2026 material procurement tender was publicly announced. Zhejiang Juhonkia Intelligent Electric Co., Ltd. won the tender for the gas insulated switchgear package by virtue of its robust technical proposal and comprehensive strength.
This marks our first multi-million-yuan full-substation order since Juhonkia entered the 110kV GIS segment. It is a landmark achievement in the industrialization journey of our high-voltage GIS, fully demonstrating market recognition and trust in Juhonkia’s high-voltage complete switchgear solutions.
The awarded products include indoor SF₆ mixed-gas insulated GIS and the matching enclosed tubular busbar, consisting of 23 GIS bays and 48 meters of tubular busbar, with rated parameters of 110kV / 3150A / 40kA. The equipment will be supplied for the switching station supporting the 4300mm high-performance heavy plate project of Liugang Group in Huoqiu.
As a key power supply project for local heavy industry, this project sets stringent requirements on continuous and stable power supply, short-circuit withstand capability and space compactness at the substation site. The compact and reliable features of indoor GIS perfectly meet the construction requirements of this project.

As the core segment with the largest market volume and the most diverse application scenarios in the transmission and distribution equipment market, 110kV GIS has long been a key focus of Juhonkia’s high-voltage business. Targeting independent industrialization, the company rolled out a phased roadmap in sequence: R&D tackling, type test and certification, demonstration verification and scaled expansion.
In October 2025, the High-Voltage GIS Division was established to launch the R&D of 110kV GIS products. In January 2026, its homologous 145kV prototype rolled off the production line and started type tests. In July, it obtained the type test report, TÜV Rheinland certification, IEC certificates and other authoritative accreditations, securing market access qualifications. Afterwards, multi-scenario engineering verification was completed via small-batch orders from State Grid and the overseas project in Malaysia, enabling continuous optimization of product processes.
With the execution of this multi-million-yuan order, coupled with the successful certification of our 252kV products, Juhonkia has built a graded high-voltage GIS product portfolio. We have fully closed the business loop covering the whole chain from 110kV GIS prototype development to complete substation supply.
