Product Overview
Overview
* The State Grid's standardized prefabricated substation is the design specification and standard for l0kV HV and LV prefabricated substation jointly customized by the State Grid in cooperation with many other parties in September 2020. The standardization work is performed on the basis of the principles of practical application, safety, reliability, durability, unified standards, compatibility and interchangeability.
Features
• Main transformer capacity
A l0kV prefabricated substation may be designed with three kinds of capacity, including 400kVA, 500kVA and 630kVA;
• Size of incoming and outgoing Lines
A 10kV prefabricated substation is provided with 1 to 2 circuits of l0kV incoming line and 1 circuit of outgoing line. The design for the outline of a prefabricated substation is standardized with 2 circuits of 10kV incoming line and 1 circuit of outgoing Line. 4 to 6 circuits of outgoing line may be provided for 0.4kV, as appropriate, according to the main transformer capacity;
• Equipment short-circuit current level
The short-circuit current level is not less than 20kA for equipment with l0kV voltage class, and not less than 30kA for equipment with 0.4kV voltage class;
• Reactive compensator
The capacity of the reactive power compensation is configured by 10% to 30% that of the main transformer;
• Noise of prefabricated substation
The sound pressure Level must not be greater than 55dB when being measured at 0.3m from the transformer compartment and 1.5m from the ground outside the prefabricated substation;
• Enclosure IP of prefabricated substation
The degrees of protection shall not be Less than IP33D for the enclosure of a prefabricated substation and not Less than IP2XC for the internal compartment.
• Solution type
Standard type, compact type, alternative to 1.2.3 type
