Product Introduction

Technical Parameters

• Rated voltage: Up to 40.5kV

• Rated capacity: 200 to 630kVA, 1250kVA, 1600kVA and 2000kVA.

Safety

• Basic label: Clear labels are provided on the cabinet surface and on each switch inside the cabinet for easy operation;

• Lifting post and Label: The bottom frame of the prefabricated substation is provided with obvious lifting label and lifting post to prevent accidental hoisting of the top cover.

Reliability

• Earthing bolts and label: All open doors are reliably connected to the skeleton. The chassis is welded with main earthing bolts, which are connected to the earthing network to ensure operating safety and reliability;

• Lighting facilities: The prefabricated substation is equipped with Lighting facilities that are automatically switched on/off with the door.

Optimal

• Anti-corrosion of details. Stainless steel door shaft and engineering stainless steel lock to ensure the overall corrosion resistance of the cabinet;

• Windproof tie bar: All openable doors are provided with windproof tie bar, and the angle of opening outward is more than 90°, and the wind resistance level can be up to Grade 8;

• Lock box and door Lock: The door Lock is equipped with aluminum alloy Lock box, in which is provided with electric power special padlock, allowing that one general key is for one prefabricated substation; (a user can independently configure the key as needed)

• Top cover design: The inclination of the cabinet top is more than 5°, reliable and splash-proof.

Intelligent

• Standardized assembling of functional modules: A powerful distribution network product allows that all functions are relatively independent, and a user can freely choose various functional modules;

• High level of automation: CT, PT, protection and communication devices can be installed on the HV side, and protection and LV meter reader can be installed on the LV side, which can realize remote control, telemetering and teleindication for HV and LV switches and transformers.
